Deliveries
We offer complimentary delivery to London and surrounding areas in 2-3 business days after placing the order. All the boxes are manufactured by us, and we can't offer next day or same-day delivery (on some products like "I LOVE YOU BOX" we need even more than 3 days). That's why we kindly ask all our customers to allow us at least 3 working days for processing the order. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.
If the intended recipient isn't there to receive their Flowers, then we will do our best to ensure they are left in a safe place where deemed safe, however it is always recommended to ensure the recipient is at home to ensure their reception of the flowers.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Because of multiple variables, including the traffic in London, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbour, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address, unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales concluded at Paeonya.co.uk are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted in the contact form. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Paeonya.co.uk.
